     This is an actual letter from a customer of ours. We have changed the names of both people and companies

for protection purposes. We added this page so you as a customer might be able to see what feedback we are  

recieving from others like yourself. Feel free to send us your comments.

   

  Attention Guy,

     Several months ago my company sent you a remote to fix that had gotten misplaced on our 400 Series crane and  was

dropped on the  road. Several days  after being dropped, we experienced problems with the remote and were authorized by

our OEM to call and deal with  you directly so that we could get up and  going faster.

    I must admit that I had my doubts for a while when we were dealing with John, but some how I ended up talking to you

and after a little  while you thought  you had the problem fixed.   

    So long story short, you got the remote fixed for us after several months of not knowing exactly what was wrong with it.

You always kept a  professional  demeaner with me after I had gotten irritated and probably took it out on you a little bit as

well as having it sent back and forth  several times.

     I just wanted you to know, that ever since you have sent it back to us it has worked flawlessly and we are very  glad to

have this truck back  on the job using  it in the manner it was designed to do. And I would like to say THANK  YOU for

everything that you have done to get it fixed  for us as well as to thank your  staff for putting up with me. We will be doing

more business with your company in the future.
